… Extra virgin olive oil. The olive oil market is fraught with dodgy labelling. Actual ‘extra virgin’ olive oil means the oil has been squeezed from the fruit whereas all other oils (sunflower, canola etc) are chemically extracted from the seed.

‘Food Is Medicine’ seminar highlights health benefits of olive oil

This month the organisations Nutrition Australia and the Australian Olive Association are co-hosting a series of free seminars on the health benefits of consuming extra virgin olive oil.
