Supreme Court does not change stance on GMO’s near organics

The Organic Federation of Australia was saddened to see the result of the Supreme Court decision last Thursday, in the Steve Marsh/Baxter GM Contamination case in Western Australia. Steve and Susan are working through their options, and the Organic Federation of Australia is keen to support them in this. Steve’s strongest message at this point is “currently there is zero tolerance to GM in the National Organic Standard and to ensure that it is maintained”.
