Recently developed by innovative farmers, importers and retailers representing Northern and Southern Hemisphere collaboration the UP Certification will identify and certify that Extra Virgin Olive Oils are held to a higher standard to ensure the delivery of the nutritional value and superior health benefitting properties inherent in fresh olive oil.
