Applications now open for 2026 Nuffield scholarships
2026 Nuffield Scholarship applications are currently open to Australian primary producers and those working in the agriculture industry, providing the opportunity to travel and study a topic which will add value to the Australian primary industry sector.
Nuffield Australia awards scholarships each year to farmers in Australia. The objective is to increase practical farming knowledge and management skills, and techniques generally. Scholars gain knowledge, form business friendships and bring new ideas home to improve their business and benefit their industry and community.
Drought Resilience Scholarships
In addition to the program’s longstanding scholarship investors – which include Hort Innovation – the Future Drought Fund (FDF) are investing in a number of scholarships specifically to study drought resilience and support innovation. These scholarships will support applicants to build drought resilience expertise, adapt innovative technology and practices from overseas and share these learnings to advance Australian agriculture.
