Alto olive oil in Brasserie Bread’s Italian loaves

The Brasserie Bread Italian bread range is now made using ALTO’s beautiful olive oil. We’re using one of their olive oils designed for use in the kitchen – while Robust and Delicate have more pungency and bitterness, making them perfect for dressing salads, this is an olive oil that has a lower flavour profile with a clean-tasting property. As such, it’s perfect for baking artisan breads!
