WA food safety technical breakfast seminar

The WA Community of Interest of the Australian Institute of Food Science & Technology (AIFST) is hosting a technical breakfast seminar on Wednesday, 26 July at the UWA Club. The speakers are experts on microbiology and food safety, and the event will discuss a range of ideas, challenges and opportunities in food microbiology. Product integrity, market access and brand reputation can all be affected by microbiological performance: does your food businesses know that the food safety controls in place are working and does it feel adequately prepared?
