Spanish producers looking to form Extra Virgin Olive Oil Association

Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil producers, devastated by the world oversupply and the resulting low prices, are discussing the formation of a Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil Association. The intention of such an association will be to promote Spanish extra virgin olive oil in preference to refined olive oils.
