Riverton students the pick of the crop

Riverton and District High School were clear winners in the 2013 Royal Adelaide Show Young Olive Oil Judges Competition, taking out first and third place this year after winning first place at last year’s show. The Mid North was well represented in the competition, with students from Horizon Christian School in Balaklava coming in second. The Olive Oil Young Judges work as teams of three, each judging four extra virgin olive oils (EVOOs) already pre-judged by the Olives SA senior judges for the Olives SA Extra Virgin Olive Oil Awards.
