New president for WA Olive Council

At the AGM held on December 6, Chris Mercer, president of the Mid-West Olive Association, accepted the nomination for the position of WAOC president and was duly voted in by the WAOC members present. Chris has his grove “Western Groves” near Dongara in the state’s north. Out-going president John Wholley accepted the nomination for vice president and will give Chris back-up in his new role.
