New AOA website a one-stop-shop for olive industry resources

AOA website

If you’ve tried to access the OliveBiz or Australian Olives websites in the last few days, you would have noticed you’ve been re-directed to the AOA’s brand new website.

Launched last week following a considerable development period, the new website consolidates all of the AOA’s technical and news resources to provide a complete repository of the organisation’s reference material in the one place.

The user-friendly interface is also focused firmly on searchability, making it much easier to find and access what you’re looking for. News items and pages on the site are searchable by keyword or topic via the search bar located on each page, while a wide range of newly added documents are searchable by category listing in the ‘Resources Library’ from the Resources section of the website. Too easy!

The Resources section also now includes free access to back issues of the Australian & New Zealand Olivegrower & Processor and associated indices dating back to June 2012.

AOA member and OliveCare® logins remain unchanged, with one login now providing direct access to discounts on events and classifieds postings as well as the Members Lounge.

We’ll take a tour of the new website and the additional features/benefits it provides in the June edition of R&D Insights but in the meantime, why not have a look around yourself here.

The website upgrade has been undertaken as part of the Olive levy project Australian olive industry communications and extension program (OL22000), funded by Hort Innovation using the Hort Innovation olive research and development levy, co-investment from the Australian Olive Association and contributions from the Australian Government.
