Gelato Messina’s newest venue opens this Wednesday (April 20) – and it already has a Michelin-starred chef’s endorsement.
It’s not the gelato that’s exciting here but the references to “finished with a drizzle of Cudgegong extra-virgin olive oil” and “extra drops of locally sourced olive oil …”. These people understand EVOO!
