Fewer olives, but lots of oil

It will be a below average yield of olives across Lower Eyre, but a high yield of oil this year from local olive groves. Olive press and Moonlight Estate olive grove owner Peter Green said this year’s harvest was well underway but it was looking like a below average year in terms of yield. However summer rain helped yield a larger return of oil in the olives.
