Olives a growing industry

There are upsides and downsides for the South Burnett’s primary producers from ex-tropical cyclone Debbie. Clovely Estate’s Moffat- dale Olive Grove has just started their harvest for this year and Olive Grove manager Aaron Stefan said the rain was good, as well as a challenge for the grove. Mr Stefan said the deluge of rain two weeks ago would be a challenge for processing olives to separate their oil from the water.
