Olive oil appreciation session with Mount Zero Olives

Mount Zero Olives are celebrating the 2015 olive harvest by hosting an appreciation session of that famously underrated ingredient – olive oil. There will be tastings to make your mouth water at the Mount Zero warehouse in Tottenham (only 9km out of the CBD), as well as a tutorial on recognising the characteristics and notes of olive oil and a lesson on olive varieties. The team will also show you how to mix your own blend – like Melbourne’s Movida does – using Mount Zero olives.
