Top health offiical resigns over recycled oil scandal (update)

Chiu Wen-ta, head of Taiawn’s Ministry of Health and Welfare, tendered his resignation Friday to take responsibility for the recent recycled oil scandal that has hurt consumer confidence and many businesses.
