The olive oil “art of the blend” is a bluff

After months in which olive oil bottlers and their acolytes have struggled to explain that the farm or “hand-made” olive oil (olio di oliva artigianale) is only an invention, they decided a change in strategy. If you cannot beat them, join them … the saying goes.
