Olive oil pressing begins at Olio Bello

Pressing of the final batches of Olio Bello olive oil has begun at the Margaret River grove. Olio Bello general manager Brett Gaskin spoke to Mail this week about the growing appreciation of high quality olive oil in Australia and how the climate of the South West was as favourable for growing olives as it was for grapes.
