Olive oil and honey stalls top the lists of exhibitors at Global Village this season as the region’s leading cultural, shopping and entertainment family outdoor destination attracts customers to the wide range of homegrown dried fruits, nuts and crops. This season, in a Dubai first, the Palestinian pavilion will be showcasing an oil presser, so visitors can have a full demonstration of the olive pressing process and can purchase fresh olive oil on the spot.
