Olive Levy
What is the Olive Levy?
Levy is payable on olives that are produced in Australia (Olive levy) and either sold by the producer (domestically or for export) or used by the producer in the production of other goods. If you do not process your own olives, the olive processor will pay the levy on your behalf. This cost should be outlined on the invoice received from the processor
