Olive Festival fun begins

The missing olive has been found. One of Corning Olive Festival’s favorite features came to a quick end on Tuesday morning when olive sleuth Judy Masteller found the little black fruit. After just two days of missing olive clues being posted at the Corning Observer office and the Chamber of Commerce, the olive was found where Harry Zemansky hid it – next to the fire hydrant near the Green Doors Tavern on Highway 99W.
