Invented brand name Toscoro too similar to protected Toscano, EU rules

A French firm has lost the right to sell its range of condiments under the brand name Toscoro after the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) ruled it resembled too closely the protected geographical indication (PGI) Toscano.
