US to challenge fake olive oil but counterfeit foods remain a worldwide problem

Your olive oil is possibly fake. As, perhaps, are your chocolates, sardines and alcohol. With Interpol recently announcing their largest ever seizures of fake food and the US government looking to clamp down on counterfeit olive oil, examples of food fraud are everywhere.
