New York conference to offer diverse perspectives on the culture of olive oil

The third edition of the NYIOOC Conference will take a look at the cultural context of olive oil in today’s world by presenting the points of view of a decidedly disparate panel of speakers. Organizers of the annual olive oil summit, to be held April 15 at the International Culinary Center in New York, said the innovative program is designed to foster a deeper understanding of olive oil’s place in today’s changing world, before daring to predict where it will be in the years to come.
